How do I choose my first course?
Start with a beginner course focused on breath or body awareness. Sessions are 10–15 minutes to build momentum. You can filter the catalog by level and duration to find a simple starting point.
How much time should I practice each day?
Consistency beats volume. We suggest 10 minutes daily for the first two weeks. If you feel stable, increase to 15–20 minutes on weekdays and optionally add a longer weekend session.
Is mindfulness a medical treatment?
No. Our courses are educational and support general well-being and focus. They are not a substitute for medical care or therapy. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
Can I get a refund if a course is not a fit?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within 14 days and have completed under 25% of the content, contact support for a refund review. We aim to be fair and transparent.
How do teams use Calmforge Nexus?
Teams select a track, schedule two short weekly sessions, and review prompts together. Managers see anonymized trends, never individual performance or private notes.
What data do you collect?
We store account info, course progress, and optional notes. We do not sell data. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods and choices you control.
Do you offer guidance on difficult emotions during practice?
Yes. Several modules teach working with discomfort using grounding and kindness. You decide the pace. If distress arises, pause and seek appropriate support.
Are there live sessions?
We host optional live Q&A and practice rooms. Schedules appear in your dashboard calendar. Live content complements, not replaces, the self-paced modules.
Can I practice without audio guidance?
Yes. Many lessons include text-first prompts and timers. You can switch between text and audio modes based on preference.
